All product(s) must be returned to Pinkked along with your receipt within (14) days from the delivery date for a replacement, exchange or refund.​
Postage/shipping costs and risks for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless Pinkked shipped the wrong product(s) or the product(s) arrived damaged.
​All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at create@pinkked.com on the day of delivery.
​We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
​Carefully examine your product upon receipt. All returns must be reasonable, in Pinkked’s sole discretion.
​Any return requests or returned products received after the above-mentioned periods will not be honored, nor will such products be returned to you.
